  • 1/4 cup Quick-Cooking Oats (gluten-free options available)
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional based on taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your coffee by brewing it and letting it cool.
  2. Blend the milk, chilled coffee, yogurt, quick-cooking oats, almond butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender.
  3. Add a handful of ice to the blender to achieve a refreshing texture.
  4. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
  6. Serve immediately in a glass or bowl, topped with oats, yogurt, or coffee beans.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or freeze your coffee in ice cube trays. This smoothie can be customized with cocoa powder, spices, or greens.
