  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups caramel sauce
  • Sea salt to taste (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until resembling wet sand.
  3. Press the crust mixture into your serving cups, ensuring it is firm and compact.
  4. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined and creamy.
  6. Fold in caramel sauce gently to create swirls in the mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cups on top of the crust, filling about three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until centers are set.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with caramel sauce and sea salt before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the crust or experiment with toppings like fruit, chocolate, or nuts.
