Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake and fruity apple goodness, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Graham cracker crust
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan.
  4. Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  6. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
  7. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat just until incorporated.
  8. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon gently.
  9. Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust.
  10. Pop the baking pan into the preheated oven and let it bake for about 30-35 minutes.
  11. Once baked, let the bars cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set fully.
  13. When ready to serve, carefully cut into squares.

Notes

Serve chilled with caramel sauce, garnish with cinnamon, whipped cream, or apple slices.
