  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering them on the counter.
  2. Blend the bananas first with a splash of milk until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and remaining milk, and blend until creamy.
  4. Incorporate the honey (or maple syrup) and blend again.
  5. Sprinkle in the instant coffee and blend until fully combined.
  6. Mix in the cinnamon and give a final blend for silky texture.

Notes
