Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

  • 1 Cup Frozen Bananas
  • 3/4 Cup Water (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Toss your frozen bananas into the blender.
  2. Pour in 3/4 cup of water or your preferred non-dairy milk.
  3. Scoop in that vanilla protein powder.
  4. Add the raw pumpkin seeds.
  5. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  6. Mix in the almond butter.
  7. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and blend again.
  8. Taste for sweetness and add maple syrup or honey if desired.
  9. Pour your shake into a glass and garnish as desired.
