  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (Large)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  7. Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, create a well, and fill it with cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges.
  9. Cool before transferring to a wire rack and drizzle with glaze if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze cookies either baked or as dough.
