Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 8 oz Chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs: Gradually fold in the crumbs until well combined.
  3. Form the cheesecake balls: Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Chill them out: Place the cheesecake balls on a lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, mixing in vegetable oil if desired.
  6. Dip the cheesecake bites: Remove the bites from the freezer, dip them in the melted chocolate, and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Chill again: Return the coated bites to the fridge for about 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
  8. Enjoy your treats: Serve chilled for the best flavor.
