Cheesecake Brownie Dessert

A delightful fusion of rich, fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake that will have everyone swooning!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • Water, oil, and eggs as required by brownie mix
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  3. Mix the brownie batter according to package instructions.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Make the cheesecake mixture by beating the cream cheese until smooth and adding sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and flour.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
  7. Add the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid over-mixing for a fudgy brownie texture. Add nuts or swirl in fruit purees for variations.
