A rich and creamy Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Shake that combines nostalgic flavors with a nutritious protein punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop casein protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Start with the base by adding 1 scoop of casein protein powder to your blender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  4. Cream cheese time! Add 2 oz of cream cheese.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of almond milk.
  6. Blueberry bliss! Toss in 1/2 cup of blueberries.
  7. Sweeten it up with 1 tablespoon of sweetener, if desired.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
