  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the two cans of crescent roll dough and lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Spread the cinnamon mixture across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Roll the dough into a log, pinching the seams to seal.
  6. Slice the dough log into about 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon swirls after baking.
