Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie

A refreshing tropical smoothie that captures the essence of summer with strawberries, pineapple, and creamy coconut.

  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 8 ounces frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by measuring out the frozen strawberries and pineapple.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and pineapple into your blender.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk for creaminess.
  4. Splash in the vanilla extract.
  5. Break the white chocolate into smaller pieces and add it to the mixture.
  6. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy, around 1-2 minutes.
  7. Taste and if needed, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness, then blend again.
  8. Serve by pouring the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, adjust the amount of coconut milk. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a slice of pineapple for a tropical touch.
