  • 6 apples, sliced
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples with half of the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine the rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Spread the oat topping evenly over the apple mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
