Flag Fruit Sugar Cookie Crust Pizza

A delicious, colorful dessert featuring a sweet cookie crust topped with cream cheese and vibrant fruits, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3 cups strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the package of refrigerated sugar cookie dough and slice it into rounds or break it into smaller chunks. Press them into a pizza pan.
  3. Pop the pan into the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  4. Once baked, let the cookie crust cool completely.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar until it’s creamy and smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Arrange the strawberries and blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Refrigerate the pizza for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve slices with a dollop of whipped cream or mint leaves. This dessert can be made ahead by preparing the cookie base and cream cheese layer in advance.
