Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap

A delightful wrap packed with juicy chicken, vibrant veggies, and a sweet and spicy kick.

  • 600g Chicken Breast
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 40g Jalapenos
  • 5 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 100g Light Cream Cheese
  • 100g Shredded Mexican Cheese Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Chinese Five Spice
  • 4 Tortilla Wraps

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken by slicing it into thin strips. Optional: marinate in sweet chilli sauce and Chinese five spice for 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté the red onion in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced red pepper and jalapeños and cook until the colors brighten.
  4. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes, stirring until golden.
  5. Mix in the sweet chilli sauce and let it simmer briefly.
  6. Prepare your wraps by spreading cream cheese on each tortilla.
  7. Assemble the wraps with chicken mixture and cheese, then roll them up tightly.
  8. Serve with an optional toast in a pan for a crispy exterior.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time; just assemble fresh for best texture.
