  • 8 ounces Full-Fat Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Optional: Melted White Chocolate, Tiny Fresh Mint Leaves, Miniature Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by rinsing them gently and cutting a cone shape into the top of each berry.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating together cream cheese and heavy cream, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Stuff each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries for that classic cheesecake vibe.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
