Instructions

  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir just until combined.
  4. Heat the Griddle: Preheat your griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the Batter: Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
  6. Cook Until Bubbly: Let them cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Flip and Cook: Gently flip each pancake and cook until golden brown.
  8. Repeat & Stack: Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking pancakes high.

Notes

Serve warm with a dusting of cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup.
