  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Bananas: Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
  2. Mix Your Base: In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Incorporate the Wet Ingredients: Add in the banana, peanut butter, applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in Strawberries: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, being careful not to mash them.
  5. Bake It Up: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
