Easy Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry

A hearty and simple stir fry featuring savory sausages and crunchy cabbage, perfect for a comforting meal any night.

  • 4 sausages (Italian or your choice)
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Soy sauce or your favorite sauce for additional flavor

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the cabbage and slicing the onion.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add the sausages and brown for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages from the pan and let them rest before slicing.
  4. Sauté the onions in the same pan for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan, season, and cook for 6-8 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  6. Combine sliced sausages back into the pan and mix well, allowing flavors to meld for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy your dish hot, garnished with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.
