  • Shredded coconut
  • Extra drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to achieve a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Prepare the raspberries by rinsing fresh ones or thawing frozen ones, gently mashing them for a swirl.
  4. Assemble the pudding by layering it into bowls, alternating with layers of mashed raspberries.
  5. Top with sliced almonds, shredded coconut, additional raspberries, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
