No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the quick oats, peanut butter, honey, and mini chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  2. Get to know the dough by ensuring it has a sticky consistency; add more peanut butter or honey if too dry.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill on a baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Snack on the bites, storing them in an airtight container for up to a week.
