Irresistible Breakfast Crunchwrap

A delicious and customizable breakfast wrap filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns, and cheese, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup hash browns (cooked)
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs by whisking them with salt and pepper, then cook in a non-stick pan until fluffy.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage or bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  3. Add the hash browns to the pan and cook until golden.
  4. Assemble the crunchwrap by layering the scrambled eggs, meat, hash browns, cheese, sour cream, and salsa on a tortilla.
  5. Cook the crunchwrap seam-side down in a skillet until golden brown, flipping to cook the other side.
  6. Serve immediately, allowing to cool slightly before cutting in half.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat or corn tortillas. Customize fillings to your taste.
