  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
  6. Air fry the churro bites in a single layer for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Coat the warm bites in a mix of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate or creamy yogurt for dipping.
