These Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a delightful treats, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, featuring a crunchy granola shell filled with creamy yogurt and topped with fresh berries.

  • 2 cups Granola
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 12 cups Fresh Berries (mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix granola and melted coconut oil in a large bowl until coated.
  3. Place the mixture in a muffin tin, pressing it into cup shapes.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup in a bowl until blended.
  6. Fill the cooled granola cups with the yogurt mixture.
  7. Top with fresh berries in a colorful display.
  8. Freeze for 2-3 hours until completely frozen.
