Instructions

  1. Prepare the bananas: Start by peeling your overripe bananas and placing them in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash them until smooth.
  2. Combine ingredients: Add in the runny peanut butter and vanilla protein powder. Stir until there are no lumps.
  3. Incorporate the chocolate chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, saving a few to sprinkle on top.
  4. Mold into cups: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each cup with the fudge mixture, pressing down gently.
  5. Chill and set: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 2-3 hours until set.
