Flourless Brownies

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
  5. Add the cocoa powder and fold until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Cool in the dish for 15 minutes before lifting out to slice.
