Deviled Strawberries

A delightful dessert featuring plump strawberries filled with a creamy mixture, topped with graham cracker crumbs for a sweet twist on a classic treat.

  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by washing them gently in cold water and patting them dry. Slice off the green tops and create a hollow in each berry.
  2. Make the creamy filling by beating together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then adding sour cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the heavy whipping cream that has been whipped until peaks form.
  4. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the creamy mixture using a piping bag.
  5. Top with graham cracker crumbs and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
