Deviled Strawberries

A delightful treat of strawberries filled with a luscious cheesecake filling, perfect for any gathering or to indulge your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by rinsing them under cool water and hulling them.
  2. Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and optional lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Fill each hulled strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or a small spoon.
  4. Top with graham cracker crumbs by dipping or sprinkling them on each filled strawberry.
  5. Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These can be made a few hours in advance; just keep them chilled until serving.
