Creamy Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

A delightful treat that combines the freshness of strawberries with rich, creamy cheesecake filling, making for an elegant and simple dessert.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Strawberries: Start by washing your strawberries under cold water. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel. Next, remove the stems and leaves. Cut a small cone out of the bottom of each strawberry, about ½ inch deep. Lay them upright on a plate or cutting board, and set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, place 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend the cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sweeten it Up: Gradually add in ½ cup of powdered sugar. Mix until it’s completely incorporated and fluffy.
  4. Add Whipped Cream: Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream. Gently combine everything until you don’t see any more streaks of cream.
  5. Fill the Strawberries: Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or resealable plastic bag. Pipe the filling generously into each strawberry.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to firm up.

Notes

These strawberries are best enjoyed fresh, so serve them within a couple of hours of preparing. They can be garnished with crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of chocolate for an extra touch.
