Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded or freshly grated
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)

  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sear the steak in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add parmesan to the sauce and stir until melted.
  6. Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce, then layer sliced steak on top.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper.
