Crack Chicken Tacos

A comforting and flavorful twist on traditional tacos, packed with tender chicken, creamy cheese, and irresistible ranch flavor.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked beef bacon
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 68 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Chopped green onions (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken mixture by shredding your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, and ranch seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the tacos by scooping the chicken filling into a warm tortilla.
  5. Cook the tacos in a skillet until crispy, or bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious meal!

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Leftovers can be frozen for later enjoyment.
