Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 cup full fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon milk or almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour in your maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until creamy.
  4. Adjust the consistency with milk or almond milk if needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh berries or whipped cream.

Notes

Full-fat cottage cheese provides the richest flavor and texture. Chill for best flavor enhancement.
