Cinnamon Sugar Blondies

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the batter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
