  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in another bowl until smooth.
  6. Take a scoop of cookie dough and flatten it slightly, add a dollop of cheesecake filling, fold the dough over, and roll it back into a ball.
  7. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
