Chicken Crust Pizza

A deliciously healthy twist on a classic favorite, Chicken Crust Pizza features a protein-rich crust made from ground chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the baking sheet and shape it into a circular or rectangular crust about ½ inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Add the pizza sauce and additional toppings of your choice on top of the baked crust.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Slice and serve hot!
