Instructions

  2. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Make the Biscuit Dough: If using store-bought, separate the dough; if homemade, roll it to 1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Add the Cheese: Flatten each biscuit piece and place a spoonful of shredded cheese in the center.
  5. Incorporate the Mini Pepperonis (Optional): Sprinkle mini pepperonis over the cheese if desired.
