A delightful twist on a classic favorite, these burger bowls combine all your burger ingredients in a fresh and vibrant way.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or your choice of sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper in a bowl; optionally add garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cook the seasoned beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up and cooking until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the mixed greens at the bottom of each serving bowl.
