BBQ Chicken Flatbread

A deliciously convenient BBQ Chicken Flatbread recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

  • Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the flatbread by laying it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with your BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  5. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
