Baked Yogurt

A creamy, dreamy Baked Yogurt dessert perfect for any occasion, bursting with warmth and nostalgia.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the yogurt and sugar or honey until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until uniform.
  4. Mix in cornstarch and salt until combined.
  5. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it, then pour in the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve chilled, topping with your choice of garnishes.
